Amazing Reptiles for Kids Club
Come to the ARK
The ARK (Amazing Reptiles for Kids) Club is for anyone ages 5 and up including adults. We are Christian reptile enthusiast. We believe that God created all animals including reptiles and they are well and pleasing to Him. In our meetings you will learn about different reptiles, where they come from, what they eat and how to maintain them as pets. You will also learn and have hands on with building enclosures and proper handling and care of each reptile we discuss.
Meetings are held at Oates Drive Baptist Church on the first Monday of every month.

Ages 5-12 a parent or responsible adult 18 or over must remain with them.
Meeting time for ages 5-12 years 6:00 - 6:45 pm
Meeting time for ages 13 and up 7:00 to 8:00 pm
There is a 25$membership fee that will include a t-shirt, e-news letter and access to herping field trips.
For Non ARK members there is a $3 fee each meeting. This fee helps cover the expenses for the projects you will be working on.
There will be field trips planned several times throughout the year. We will be doing fundraisers to help offset the cost, but there may be additional fees required if attending the field trip.
We will be asking for donations of money and or items for supplies not required but it does help cover the cost for projects.
If you bring your own reptile you must have a secure cage/ carrying container and it must remain in the container unless one of the ARK Leaders assists in presenting or showing it.
No sales or trades allowed at the meetings.
No food or drinks allowed unless otherwise approved by ARK Leadership. (Some meetings may have snacks provided.)
Wear comfortable but modest clothing that is appropriate for messy projects. (Some projects will require glues, paints and sealers that can destroy good clothes.)
Please be considerate of others and be respectful of our location and children by keeping the language and discussion topics kid friendly.
New rules may be added as The ARK Club grows.
The NARBC Expo North American Reptile Breeders Conference - Arlington
We would like to have the ARK Club members attend with us to have a day of learning about the reptile industry and about reptile breeding. We ask that if the child is under 13 years old that a parent or adult comes with them. 13 and over are welcome to ride with us. The teens Parents are welcome and encouraged to come as well! Bring a sack lunch
